I hardly know where to begin when
talking about Go Girl. There is
too much to write in this space, but
I will
try to list a few of her highlights!
First of all, in eight short years
of production, she has produced more
than
$500,000 worth of progeny. This
plateau is one few cows have ever or
will ever reach, and she isnt
finished yet!
Triple C Farms offered in The One
sale in Denver a right to flush any
of their cows, and Hudson Pines Farm
purchased this lot and selected Go
Girl. Another year, Triple C offered
the pick of their entire calf crop
in Denver, it sold for $17,500 -
and, as you may have guessed, the
pick was a Go Girl daughter. Just
this past fall at the Triple C
Dispersal, another Go Girl daughter,
only one month old, commanded a
final bid of $12,500. This cow is a
producer of the great ones. She is
in phenomenal shape and looks as
good as she ever has. She calved
February 10, 2010 and is ready to
flush to the bull of your choice.
This may be the only time this
opportunity is offered. Go Girl has
always been one of my all-time
favorite Simmental cows, and when
you combine her awesome look with
her stellar EPD profile and
excellent production record, you
will understand why we went to the
Triple C Dispersal with the sole
purpose of bringing Go Girl back
with us to Texas. She has a lifetime

Kala is one of the most impressive
cows I have ever seen in terms of
shear power, but she does it with
feminity. She is super long, super
deep, big and square hipped with
lots of muscle and one of the most
wicked front ends I have ever seen
on a mature cow. We think the sky is
the limit in terms of what she will
work to.

Blackbird 5025 was our selection at
the KCS Angus Sale in Missouri for
an Angus donor cow. She is long
bodied with a lot of depth, super
sound and has a long, attractive
front end. Combined that with her
good set of EPDs, and you can see
why she was our pick.
